Dr. Zhu researching transportation policy at Humphrey School 2015-16





Jing Zhu is a Lecturer of Urban Planning Department, College of Urban and Environmental Science, Northwest University, Xi’an, China.  Jing Zhu received a Master degree from Northwest University, and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology.


Her current research focuses on planning of commuting and public health and related transportation policy. She is working at Humphrey School as an international visiting scholar during 2015-2016 academic year and her faculty mentor is Professor Yingling Fan.
