New international relations faculty hired in UMN Political Science

The UMN Department of Political Science has just successfully hired two junior scholars in international relations. Mark Bell, from MIT (http://web.mit.edu/polisci/people/gradstudents/mark-bell.html), studies the impact of nuclear weapon acquisition on foreign policy; his recent article in International Security has just won a prestigious prize. Cosette Creamer, from Harvard (http://www.gov.harvard.edu/people/cosette-creamer), focuses on the World Trade Organization and, in separate projects, has published significantly on human rights. Cosette has a dual JD/PhD.
