Friday 4:30pm Book Reading with Authors from Germany and Austria

Friday, March 4   4:30 PM  1210 Heller Hall

LITERATURLENZ
A Book Reading with Authors from Germany and Austria
Featuring Vea Kaiser reading from her novel Blasmusikpop, and Christopher Kloeble reading from Almost Everything Very Fast

Each year Literaturlenz brings together the Goethe-Institut Chicago, and Swiss and Austrian cultural institutions for an evening of readings in German (with English text displayed) and English. Each author represents a unique voice in contemporary German-language literature. In 2016 we welcome Christopher Kloeble from Germany, and Vea Kaiser of Austria. The reading will be followed by a discussion in English moderated by Professor Ruediger Singer, Visiting DAAD Professor of German Studies, UMN.
