What if you could be at the cutting edge of social enterprise and impact investing?

What if you could spend your days surrounded by innovative, mission-driven entrepreneurs?

What if you could invest in not one person, but a whole community of people shaping the world into a better place?

We’re Impact Hub SF and we’re looking for someone made up of equal parts creativity and execution to become our new social innovation program manager.

We want to give you a place where your programming and partnership experience can impact a movement.

Impact Hub

Impact Hub SF is a member-based community of entrepreneurs, activists, creatives, and professionals taking action to drive positive social and environmental change. The first Impact Hub was founded in London in 2005 and has evolved into a rapidly expanding global network of over 15,000 professional members in 80 shared workspaces (and growing) – from Amsterdam to Johannesburg, Singapore to Mexico City. Through our global association and the shared principles of innovation, collaboration and courageous action, we are building a movement.

Social Innovation Program Manager

Your goal in this position is to create and develop programs that can inspire and expand access to the social enterprise and impact investing space. You will accomplish this by recognizing trends in the social impact and innovation field, creating original programming to attract partners, and building and executing world-class experiences for our members and sponsors to invest in our innovative programs. You will lead the events team to host excellent events that cement our reputation as a leader in inclusive entrepreneurship.

The best programming managers share these characteristics:
Curiosity – they keep up with trends in the industry and know how to anticipate and respond
Creative – they balance exciting innovation with the financial success required to fuel it
Grounded– they stay calm in the fast-paced growth startups, recognizing the opportunities to break new ground

You’ll love this job because of the culture and opportunity. The people you’ll work with are passionate about what they do and excited to work as a team. The team at Impact Hub will encourage you to explore your ideas and to build effective partnerships.
