Lena Brogaard visiting scholar at Humphrey School, Fall 2016

Lena is a PhD Fellow in Public Administration at the Department of Social Sciences and Business, Roskilde University, Denmark. She has an MSc in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen and worked in local and regional government research before starting her PhD.

Lena’s PhD project focuses on public-private partnerships oriented towards innovating public services in healthcare and social services. Specifically, her research is on how collaborative and institutional factors influence public innovation and value creation. She is planning on finishing her dissertation by March 2017.

Lena is working at the Humphrey School as a visiting scholar from August to December 2016 and her faculty mentor is Professor John Bryson.
