Leading Public and Private Sector Innovation to Respond to Crises 
Shaima Al ZarooniIn a world of crises and conflicts, whole populations of men, women, and children are not able to access the minimum standards of security, food, clean water, shelter, education, and health.
Her Excellency Mrs. Shaima Al Zarooni, advisor and acting CEO of Dubai's International Humanitarian City, will share how the organization came to be, its engagement with the private sector, and how it is leveraging expertise in transport, logistics, and innovation to better enable aid agencies to reach victims of crises and alleviate the suffering of those who are scarred by hunger and poverty.
