Visiting Scholar from Sun Yat-sen University researching Public-Private Partnership at HHH


Dan Li is a PhD Candidate in Public Administration at the School of Government, Sun Yat-sen University.

Dan Li’s research focuses on marketization and its reverse of public service, Public-Private Partnership and contract breach between Chinese local government and enterprises. Specially, by following a three-step contract analyzing framework, her PhD project tries to explain how Chinese local governments cooperate with enterprises and the its breakups in view of incomplete contract theory.

Dan is working at the Humphrey School as a visiting scholar from October 2016 to October 2017 and her faculty mentor is Prof. Jerry Zhao.
