UMN Acara Grand Challenge course

Acara is a program for undergraduate and graduate students interested in becoming leaders capable of developing innovative solutions to the world's "Grand Challenges"—the tough, seemingly unsolvable problems facing humanity. They offer courses, May term trips to India and Nicaragua, fellowships, and competitions.

Register for one of their fall courses where you will develop solutions that can ultimately win up to $5,000 so you can implement them! Fall courses include GCC 3003/5003: Seeking Solutions to Global Health Issues, and GCC 3005/5005: Global Venture Design.
