Antonio Duke is a Minneapolis-based artist. His mediums are acting, playwriting and poetry. Inspired by the myths found in the black spiritual canon that derive from the Yoruba, Santeria, and Voodoo deities, Duke brings these stories to the forefront of his work and in so doing illuminates diversity within the black mythos and creates a space for the black spiritual to be celebrated.

Mr. Duke is finishing his senior year studying at the University of Minnesota/Guthrie B.F.A Actor Training Program. He has been seen on stages with the Penumbra Theatre, Pillsbury House Theatre, Climb Theatre, Pangea World Theatre, Open Eye Figure Theatre, New Epic Theatre, Mission Theatre Company, Day In Day Out Productions and Nebraska Shakespeare Festival. Expect to see him on many more stages as his artistic journey progresses.

We hope you can join us for this performance and the last meeting until September 2017!
