Oct. 4 - Petri Dish: Setting the Table for 10 Billion

The world population could reach nearly 10 billion in just over 30 years. How we feed so many has broad social and policy implications. At this event, panelists Dan Voytas, Jason Hill, and Minnesota Public Radio reporter Elizabeth Dunbar will discuss what it will take to feed the world sustainably as food demand continues its upward trajectory. 6-8:30 p.m., Camp Bar, St. Paul.
