Call for presenters: Equity and Inclusion Research Symposium

The Humphrey School Equity and Inclusion Council (EIC) is pleased to announce a call for abstracts for the first Equity and Inclusion Research Symposium, to be held jointly with the International Development Research Symposium* on Friday, April 20 from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Humphrey School.

We invite all Humphrey students, staff and faculty to submit an abstract to present orally or via poster on relevant research, course and other projects, or other initiatives. Submissions can be made by individuals or teams, but must include and be submitted by a Humphrey community member. Please note that, despite being called a "research symposium," presentations about E&I projects or initiatives are welcome. We especially encourage submissions from Humphrey student groups and staff working in areas related to E&I. This is an opportunity to share all of the great work being done at the School.

Information about the event, submission requirements, and the submission form can be found HERE.

The submission deadline is midnight on Sunday, March 11.

Accepted presenters will be notified by April 5.

Additional details about the event will be forthcoming.

The confirmed keynote speaker will be Kate Wolford, President of the McKnight Foundation.
