Come hear retired State of Minnesota Trial Court Judge LaJune Lange speak about U.S. policy towards Africa. As Africa's GDP rises and its poverty levels decline, the question of U.S. foreign policy rhetoric versus reality is becoming increasingly relevant. 

Lange, an internationally-recognized expert in human rights and international development and the Honorary Consul for South Africa, will provide insight on the future of U.S. policy towards Africa.
