Caroline Krafft (2010) co-edited a book on Egypt’s
labor market with Professor Ragui Assaad, "The Egyptian Labor Market in
an Era of Revolution," from Oxford University Press. Later this month,
she will defend her dissertation on the microeconomics of development in
the Middle East and North Africa, and will then join the Economics
faculty at St. Catherine University in the fall.

presented research from their Judd Fellowship projects at the 2014
International Conference on Sustainable Development Practice last

Tatyana Venegas Swanson (2013) has accepted a position as program associate at non-profit international development organization Counterpart International, working in their Governance and Civil Society department for Latin America in Washington, DC. Tatyana said, “I'm super excited to put my graduate degree and professional experience to work doing something I'm passionate about and still be able to travel and solidify my Spanish skills.”
