Location: District Of Columbia, United States
Subject Fields: Contemporary History, Diplomacy and International Relations, History of Science, Medicine, and Technology, Japanese History / Studies, Public Policy
We are organizing an international nuclear security summit on October 30th and concurrently four workshops on the 31st to discuss assessment and management of Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear  disasters.  We hope this nuclear security summit will initiate interdisciplinary and international discussions among experts on nuclear issues, and generate an important knowledge exchange. We have four concurrent workshops focusing on different disciplines relating to nuclear security so that younger researchers can be involved in these projects, as this is a long term problem.
Please register for the summit (October 30-31) at the website as soon as possible.  Space is limited.
