Steven Gray (MA 1986)
Program Evaluation Consultant, New Zealand

Steven Gray is a dual citizen of New Zealand & the United States. He has over 30 years of experience as a program evaluation & training consultant. He has worked for non-profit, governmental and philanthropic organizations in North America, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

The focus of his work is helping local, national, & international organisations improve their effectiveness in responding to critical social issues facing their communities. His expertise is in developing easy to understand training and program evaluation systems. He has worked in over 20 countries and has designed, implemented and/or evaluated a wide variety of programs from small grass roots community development projects to large scale training programs for thousands of people.He has developed numerous training materials including manuals, videos, and multi-media presentations.

He has an M.A. in Public Affairs from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. Steven’s client list is diverse and has included working on programs and projects funded by the New Zealand Agency for International Development; Australian Agency for International Development, and United States Agency for International Development.
