Ex Dir, OneVillage Partners (Minneapolis, MN)

OneVillage Partners (OVP) is a rapidly growing organization working in Sierra Leone, West Africa to inspire and equip rural communities to transform their lives. We do this by empowering villagers to develop sustainable solutions to their most pressing problems, training leaders, and cultivating new opportunities for women. As a result of our work, over 7,000 people now have clean water, basic sanitation, access to education, new business opportunities, more efficient agriculture, and deeper civic engagement. We are passionate about community-driven economic and social development and rapidly expanding our approach throughout the region. For more information, see our website at www.onevillagepartners.org.

This is an exciting time for the new Executive Director (ED) to build upon OVP’s success and strategy to expand the organization’s reach, influence and impact. Based in Minneapolis and reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for OVP’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission.
