Humphrey Fellow Onishchenko speaks to Politics & Law Club at Normandale CC

Humphrey Fellow Kirill Onishchenko spoke on current issues in US-Russia relations to the newly-established Politics and Law Club at Normandale Community College on March 18.

Began public service career at age 21
2005 - 2011 worked on social development projects in Russia
Participated in “Strengthening Access to Justice for the Poor in the Russian Federation”
2011 Joined Eurasian Development Bank
Managing Editor of Journal of Eurasian Economic Integration
Vice Chair of Russian Red Cross Society in Leningrad
Specialist degree in public relations
Currently pursuing Phd in Political Science
Currently a Humphrey fellow
Currently exploring prominent federal, regional and local watchdogs and also investigating Human Rights NGO’s aimed at developing society
