Specialist, Programs and Promotion, Rotary Intern'l (IL)


The ideal candidate is positive, engaged, and extroverted; is highly adept at social media in a professional sense, does lots of business writing and is someone who networks with others to share the Rotary story.
Responsible for promotion of Rotary’s Programs for Young Leaders (Interact, Rotaract, RYLA, Youth Exchange, and New Generations Service Exchange) through newsletters, Rotary.org web stories, social media, and broadcast media communications vehicles. Oversees activities related to Youth Service Month, Rotaract Outstanding Project Awards, Interact Video Awards, World Interact Week, World Rotaract Week, and other activities. Coordinates promotion of youth programs with Communications counterparts and The Rotary Foundation.
Organizational Overview
Rotary is 1.2 million inspired business and professional leaders, in 35,000 Rotary clubs and more than 200 geographical areas who are united across cultures and occupations addressing illiteracy, disease, hunger, poverty, and lack of clean water. The fervent idea exchange celebrates diverse perspectives and facilitates positive change.
Education Required: Bachelors degree (or equivalent), with international experience preferred
