Oct 7 Symposium on Agricultural Lock-Ins & Path Dependencies

The graduate reading group FEASt and ICGC have put together a symposium around the theme of: Agricultural Lock-Ins and Path Dependencies. The symposium will take place on the St Paul Campus from 9:30-5:00 on Friday, October 7th.

We've lined up some very interesting talks, panel discussions, posters, and a keynote address by Raj Patel, author of "Stuffed and Starved." We're looking forward to hearing about research from around the U and nearby schools, as well as starting conversations around the current agricultural climate and possible agricultural futures.

Take a look at this schedule, and resister through this link if you'd like to come. You do not need to register for the symposium if you only wish to attend the keynote, which will take place in the St Paul Student Center Theater from 11:30AM-12:30PM. We hope you'll join us!
