You are cordially invited to the 2016 "CHINA Town Hall: Local Connections, National Reflections" organized by the National Committee on U.S. - China Relations and locally hosted by the University of Minnesota China Center. It is a national day of programming designed to provide Americans in more than 70 cities across the United States and beyond the opportunity to discuss Sino-U.S. issues.

This year's program will feature a live webcast with Dr. Henry Kissinger, former National Security Advisor (1969-1975) and Secretary of State, as well as on-site speaker, Professor Mark Sidel from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, who will present "Civil Society and the State in China: The Role of Foreign and Domestic Groups and the Chinese Government's Policies."
