Tom Hanson is well known to the foreign affairs community in Minnesota, serving as Diplomat-in-Residence at the University of Minnesota-Duluth’s Alworth Institute, on the board of the Committee in Foreign Relations and actively speaking on foreign policy topics across the state. He is also involved with British academic specialists on the United States, and participates in seminars and events on the continent as well. Following his return from September travels to Europe, Tom will offer thoughts on how we look from across the Atlantic, and how events there are affecting U.S.-European relations. It promises to be a most interesting event.
