MS-STEP Bloomquist, Denk & Hillstrom present at APPAM on intern'l cooperation on carbon offsets

Congratulations to the following students whose paper was accepted for presentation at upcoming APPAM regional conference: Brianna Denk (MS-STEP, 1st year), Ally Hillstrom (MS-STEP, 1st year), and Haley Bloomquist (MS-STEP, 1st year) will present: "The Political Economy of Carbon Offsets: A Comparative Analysis of Post-2020 Sustainable Development Mechanism Architectures" at the D.C. APPAM Regional Student Conference.

The Denk, Hillstrom, and Bloomquist paper is seeking to develop insights for international cooperation related to a piece of the Paris Agreement.
