MBB Consulting (MBBC) provides conflict management and stakeholder engagement services to companies and governments around the world. MBBC operates at the intersection of community needs, business interests, governmental accountability, and socially responsible development to further the goals of Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI). MBBI is a nonprofit, international organization that builds local skills for peace and promotes mediation worldwide. It brings together experienced volunteer mediators to improve conflict resolution capacity and support alternative approaches to expressing, negotiating and resolving conflict.
MBBI seeks an MBBC Managing director to work with the CEO.

Directing the activities, productivity, direction and strategy of MBBC
Leading business development activities of MBBC
Managing MBBC projects and client engagements
Leading synergistic activities between MBBC and other activities of MBBI

General Qualifications
5 years of project management experience
Master’s Degree in business, conflict resolution, International Relations, or related field
Experience with managing operating budget
Ability to identify business opportunities & Earned Revenue generation experience
Proven ability to create and implement growth strategy
Experience with building and maintaining strategic partnerships with organizations and individuals
Familiarity with implementing a multi-pronged Business Development
Plan with objectives, milestones, timelines, delegated tasks, and measurable results
Experience leading the development of marketing and sales materials

Ability to work remotely as part of a team
Proactive communicator and researcher
Ability to multitask coordination of multiple projects
Knowledge and familiarity with peacebuilding and mediation
Self-starter; organized; detail-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines
