Mental Health Partnerships Project Manager

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota

The Center for Victims of Torture is hiring a Mental Health Partnerships Project Manager to manage a mental health project serving refugee survivors of torture or war trauma based in two or three primary care clinics. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of mental health case management and psychotherapy services, managing staff members, managing a budget, contributing to program development, and developing partnerships in the community. The project manager is based in St. Paul, MN with regular travel to St. Cloud, MN.
We are seeking candidates with an MA in psychology, clinical social work or related field, two years of management experience and previous professional experience working with immigrant populations. Experience with developing new programs, providing mental health services and working with survivors of trauma/torture is preferred.
