October's Meeting Topic: How to Make an Exchange Program from Scratch
There are many great tools for international educators and cultural trainers to utilize when planning and executing international exchange program, cross-cultural discussion group, or even individual session with a student. IDI, CQ, ToP, Discovery Insights, to name a few...

During this interactive presentation the speaker will share her first-hand experience with developing and implementing an international exchange program in MN and Ukraine from just a dream to a reality of hundreds inspiring cross-cultural journeys. The goal of the session is to help every participant walk away with a knowledge about at least one new instrument to use in their daily work. Some "bonfire" sorties and photos will be a bonus addition to the evening.

Meet October's Presenter: Natalia Etten

Since then, Natalia, a Fulbright Scholar herself, has helped thousands of people in Ukraine receive comprehensive information on educational opportunities in the USA.

Natalia serves as the Youth Leadership Engagement and Development Program Coordinator on the board of MN-based non-profit - Global Synergy Group - since its creation. She facilitated and provided simultaneous interpreting during five exchange visits from and to Ukraine.
