UMN CIGS seeks Dir of Programming

The University of Minnesota Council of International Graduate Students (CIGS) is looking for its next Director of Programming to join its leadership team!

The Director of Programming will lead and coordinate current CIGS events such as forums, spring/fall social events, the graduate student research showcase, among other social affairs.

This person will also work in conjunction with other student groups for event arrangements, and will be in charge of creating and designing new events that will help develop and improve international graduate students' academic performance and wellbeing. Furthermore, the Director of Programming will keep all other board members updated with the process of event planning via email and during the council's monthly meetings, and will present timely evaluations of the council's programs by developing and administering surveys, eliciting feedback from students, creating summaries, and through any other kind of evaluation tool that is deemed useful.

Requirements:The candidate has to be a full-time international graduate student during the 2018 Spring semester.
