13 UMN alumni attend Humphrey Fellows 40th anniv event in S. Africa

Pan-African Humphrey Alumni Conference in South Africa Concludes  

To celebrate 40 years of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program, alumni from across Sub-Saharan Africa gathered to attend the "African Humphrey Voices: Building a Better Future for Our Continent" conference. Speakers included Michael McCarthy, Consul General, U.S. Consulate, Johannesburg; Humphrey Alumna Zeona Jacobs; Humphrey Alumna Agnes Igoye; and Ambassador Harriet Elam-Thomas.
