U.S. Foreign Agriculture Policy –What It’s Been, Where It’s going

The Foreign Service includes officers in the Agriculture and Commerce Departments, as well as State and USAID. Scott Sindelar has recently retired from a 30-plus year career as a Foreign Service Officer with the Department of Agriculture. He served three tours in China, as well as in South Africa, India and more. Now back in Minnesota with his wife Jo, he will bring us up to date on the work of this component of our Foreign Service community.

Our luncheon charge is $30 to cover food and our modest organizational expenses. Students are welcome at a reduced price of $15.
