Burton Hall 227

Please RSVP here by November 10th, 2018 (Breakfast provided)

Join us for a special information session on the Fulbright Scholars Program, a program of the United States Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Learn about the program and new award opportunities. Gain a better understanding of the application process. Hear from a panel of CEHD faculty that have been awarded Fulbright.

Fulbright helps faculty and administrators build a “multiplier effect” by infusing cross-cultural perspectives into curricula, revitalizing teaching methods and opening doors for international colleagues and students. Each year the Core Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program provides approximately 800 grants in more than 125 countries to support teaching and research in a wide variety of academic and professional fields. Scholars contribute not only to their host institutions but also their home universities and colleges. Recently, Fulbright has introduced new options to better accommodate the interests and commitments of today’s scholars, including innovations that increase flexibility, impact and scope of the program.
