Public Policy Discussion:
Syrian Refugee Resettlement in Minnesota

The United States is planning to admit large numbers of Syrian refugees.
Minnesota, as a key destination for refugees, is expected to receive significant number of Syrian families for resettlement.


How will this affect the refugee resettlement process in Minnesota?
What impact will this have on the work of non-profits in the twin cities?
What are the concerns of Minnesotan and the existing refugee population?

To answer these questions, Humphrey International Students Association(HISA) is organizing a policy discussion that aims to gather perspectives on the possible resettlement of Syrian refugees in Minnesota
