HHH Alum update & Research Manager opening at IPA Ghana

From MDP alum Christine Papai:  "I've been working working for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Ghana for nearly 6 months now as the Deputy Country Director. IPA is an international research and policy NGO that discovers and promotes effective solutions to global poverty problems. A sister organization to J-PAL, IPA has run more than 500 randomized-controlled trials (RCTs) in 51 countries, and maintains offices in 18 countries. I am really enjoying my diverse set of responsibilities in this job, which include overseeing a portfolio of RCTs, developing new research projects, increasing IPA Ghana's engagement with the health sector, and supervising the country's finance and administrative teams. There is never a dull day!

We have a lot of job openings around the globe for passionate, highly motivated, and intellectually curious individuals. Masters-level candidates with experience in data collection, data analysis (especially STATA), and project management are most competitive for these positions. Visit IPA's web site for a list of all our open positions, and be sure to check out the ones in Ghana I've featured below:

* Research Manager, Ghana (education) (https://www.poverty-action.org/job/research-manager-education-0)
* Research Manager, Ghana (http://www.poverty-action.org/job/research-manager-ghana)
* Research Coordinator, Ghana (http://www.poverty-action.org/job/research-coordinator-ghana)
* Research Coordinator, Ghana (agriculture) (http://www.poverty-action.org/job/research-coordinator-disseminating-innovative-resources-and-technologies)

Feel free to email me if you're interested--I'd be happy to talk more about the work we do (especially in Ghana) and my experience here. Please also pass this info onto anyone you know who might be interested."
