Democ, Human Rights & Governance Research Opps for PhD students

I wanted to pass on an opportunity for a group of graduate students to work with USAID on researching questions on human rights and development issues. Unfortunately, it's not open to most Humphrey students, since they are looking for PhD students who have passed their qualifying exams, but you might know other students who would be eligible or have colleagues in other departments who might be interested.

The link to the website and application is below, and I've attached the RFA as well. It's somewhat short notice, as the deadline is May 3rd, but unfortunately I only heard about the project this morning.
