Awareness Event to Protect Teens from Exploitation & Trafficking Nov 17th

Trafficking Justice is putting on an event in partnership with the School Community Ed Department and local law enforcement aimed at preventing exploitation of teens. The event is being held at Eastview High School in Apple Valley on Thursday Nov 17th from 6 to 9 pm. It is open to parents and teens grade 6 through 12. We will be providing free food and there will be a panel discussion at the end for questions that people might have. We all grieve when we see another new story about a trafficking ring and young girls being rescued. Our goal is to prevent more of these stories from happening!!

We want to invite teens (and there parents) to become aware of this issue so that they can be advocates and champions for their friends and help prevent exploitation and trafficking. See the attached flyer for all the details.
And please also pass on to your friends and family in the twin cities area.
