Foreign Policy for America is a 501c4 organization dedicated to promoting the progressive American foreign policy values that have made our country great. We engage, connect, and support citizens committed to those values.
Research Internship:
Foreign Policy for America’s Research Internship offers a unique opportunity to take part in the Washington conversation surrounding global events, U.S. foreign policy, and domestic politics.
As a Summer Research Intern you will play a central role in supporting our work, including monitoring the news and debates around U.S. foreign policy, researching legislation and statements by elected officials, and compiling and editing daily and weekly publications. Research Interns will also have the opportunity to contribute to other aspects of FPA’s work, including researching candidates, supporting events, and communicating with members.
This is an unpaid position. Research Interns will report directly to the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
  • Above all, successful applicants will be enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with strong academic backgrounds and an interest in U.S. foreign policy and related politics.
  • While not required, previous experience with political campaigns is a plus.
