Senior Programme Design and Assessment Officer – Eurasia Programme

Salary: £37,526 per annum, plus excellent benefits
Based: London

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our Eurasia Programme which works across the Caucasus, Central Asia and, since 2015, Ukraine. The programme works with people affected by conflict to challenge attitudes and foster peace across the conflict divides.

You will be responsible for providing leadership within the Eurasia Programme to design high quality strategies, innovative programmes and projects, secure funding, and improve existing programmes through monitoring and evaluation, allowing impacts to be easily communicated. You will support renewal and growth of our existing programmes and help to initiate and design new business.

You will be adaptable, creative and innovative, tailoring your approach to the specific characteristics of each opportunity. You are knowledgeable about peacebuilding and international development; possess excellent writing skills, pay attention to detail and have a flair for grasping key ideas and actions through a combination of desk research and consultation with colleagues and partners. You will also have worked in the field, thus drawing on personal implementation and monitoring and evaluation experiences in designing new projects.
