Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor Center for Victims of Torture

The Center for Victims of Torture is hiring a Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor to build the capacity of independent, partner torture treatment centers, based around the world, to conduct program evaluation so they can document the effectiveness of their psychosocial services. The M&E Advisor will provide technical support, mentoring and training to support partner center staff members in effective program evaluation, as part of a larger capacity-building program.

We are seeking applicants with an MA in psychology, evaluation or related field; PhD preferred, and 2-4 years of experience in program evaluation, statistical analysis and measure development. We are also seeking candidates who work well as a member of a collaborative team, have international experience and can travel internationally up to 40% time. Ideally, the position is based in St. Paul, MN, US, but we may consider qualified candidates from other cities.
