Long-term climate change and recent changes due to El NiƱo have both contributed to severe droughts across much of sub-Saharan Africa. These droughts have raised important questions about how to ensure food security for the region’s growing population, with crucial implications for politics and economics in Africa.
The roundtable discussion will feature the following panelists:
