Tools and Tips for Intercultural Training and Teaching
Energized having just returned from the SIETAR-USA Conference in Tulsa, OK, several members will share some new training "gems" from our colleagues across the country and globe. In light of the recent election, there was much talk at the conference about our work as interculturalists in the current context... SIETAR-MN members who attended the national conference found it encouraging to be with like-minded professionals during this time... and are eager to share insights about their experience.

Come for an interactive, experiential session focusing on different tools we can use for Intercultural Training and Teaching. We will engage in activities and discussions that help us design and deliver our content in any arena. You are invited to bring one or two of your favorite tools and activities, as we’ll get a chance to discuss the various tools, and delve deeper into how to apply and maximize outcomes from those tools. Unsure of how to apply a tool? Bring those, and we can explore application together. You will leave the session with new tools and new applications to use in your work.
