Darin Hussein
Youth in Palestine: When abnormal becomes normal
Darin Hussein, from Palestine, will speak on her experiences working with youth in her home city of Ramallah. Her presentation will focus on her efforts to build job-training programs that can help young adults find appropriate and productive employment in a limited and stressful work environment. You are all invited to this event.
Ms Hussein holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Birzeit University, West Bank and an MS in International Development from the University of Birmingham, UK. She has been nominated for the Michigan Professional Fellows Impact Award for her volunteer work creating career centers at universities in Ramallah. This year she is studying Public Policy as a Fulbright scholar in the Hubert Humphrey International Fellow Program at the University of Minnesota.
