Extension for Board Applications Deadline
Applications for Board member positions will be accepted until March 1st. We are looking for our new President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Communications Chair, Programming Chair, Journal Liaison, and committee members (Committee members support the operations for the communications or the programming chair). Please check the attached flyer for further information.
All IPID officers and committee chairs must be enrolled graduate/professional students for the following school year at the University of Minnesota and registered for at least six credits.
Positions are self-nominated. Individual s are required to submit the information specified in the flyer to ipid@umn.edu by March 1st 11:59 pm deadline.

Travel Grant Application dead line March 1st
Each year, IPID awards Travel Grants up to $1,250 to support UMN students pursuing research, internships, or work experience related to international development.

IPID Student Society
These workshops are targeted to Masters and Phd students who are working on their thesis, dissertations, capstone or professional papers related to international development (i.e. social justice, food security, public health, non-profit work, natural conservation, economic development, etc.). The purpose of these workshops is to create a space for students to work quietly and individually in a group setting. Snacks will be provided.
