MDP alums De Mel and Ouedraogo meet in Dakar

Master of Development Practice alumni Randi De Mel (MDP 2015) and Gilles Amadou Ouedraogo (MDP 2013) met for the first time recently in Dakar, Senegal. Gilles is working for UN Volunteers and based in Dakar (http://globalnotes.hhh.umn.edu/2016/11/mdp-alum-ouedraogo-takes-undp-position.html) and Randi is doing a short term development project in Senegal.
